Before signing the transport delivery note, customer must check and confirm total bulk numbers and its packaging. If customer cannot check in that moment, he must mark in the transport delivery note “Pending of revision” If any breakage or damage on the packaging is detected, must be indicated in the “ Proof of delivery” or take a photo . The transport agency does not accept breakage not reported in this section. No claims will be accepted if they haven’t been notified to VICAL HOME within the next 48hrs after goods reception through the web by selecting in the "Customer Area" section, "Report Incident". There you can indicate the reason and attach photos. We remind you that you have a period of 24h for breakage and 48/72h for deterioration of origin. You must keep the original packaging for possible returns.

Returns without justified cause due to deterioration or defect will not be accepted.
