VICAL HOME provides its internal and external collaborators with a web platform for submitting queries or reports related to legislation, values, internal regulations (procedures, instructions, etc.) or any ethical matter concerning the Entity or the conduct of any of its collaborators or interested parties.
What can be reported?
This platform is made available to facilitate the disclosure of possible breaches or irregularities that may be occurring within the Entity, or that may constitute a criminal or other type of offence, or a violation of VICAL HOME's internal regulations.
For further information, you may review the breaches subject to reporting, set out in Article 2 of Law 2/2023 of 23 February.
This channel is not a complaints or claims channel; its purpose is expressly set out in the aforementioned regulations.
Who can report?
All internal and external collaborators, including suppliers and external professionals of VICAL HOME (as well as all persons covered by Article 3 of Law 2/2023 of 20 February), must report any risk or breach of the applicable legal regulations, as well as of any other internal rule of the Entity. Likewise, through the VICAL HOME Whistleblowing Channel, any query may be raised regarding the interpretation of legislation, internal regulations or any ethical matter concerning the Entity.
Whistleblower protection
The internal information systems have appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the identity and guarantee the confidentiality of the data relating to the affected persons and to any third party mentioned in the information provided, especially the identity of the whistleblower if they have identified themselves. In addition, the system allows a report to be submitted anonymously.
Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority
In addition to this channel, interested parties may report the commission of any acts or omissions falling within the scope of Law 2/2023 to the external channel of the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I):

Reports may concern the following matters: Serious criminal or administrative offences.
Conduct contrary to the general interest in the public or private sphere.
Breaches of European Union law, especially in:
Public procurement.
Financial services.
Prevention of money laundering.
Environment.
Public health and consumer protection.
Retaliation suffered as a result of reporting a breach or collaborating in an investigation.

Data protection
The entity responsible for processing your data is VICAL HOME, with Tax ID (CIF) B46193553 and registered address at Polig. El Carrascot S/N, 46850 L'Olleria (Valencia). The purpose of the processing is to handle and resolve the queries and reports submitted by internal and external collaborators in relation to legal regulations and any ethical matter concerning the Entity.
The legal basis for processing your data lies in compliance with a legal obligation in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights, and Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.
The transfer of personal data to third parties is not envisaged, unless the reported facts are deemed to constitute a criminal offence or administrative infringement, in which case they will be brought to the attention of the competent administrative or judicial authority. No international data transfers will be carried out.
The data of the person submitting the report will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation into the reported facts. Data processed within the framework of investigations will be deleted as soon as these have concluded, unless the measures adopted give rise to administrative or judicial proceedings. In any case, once six months have elapsed since the data was entered, it will be deleted, unless the purpose of retention is to provide evidence of the functioning of the model for preventing the commission of offences by the legal entity. Reports that have not been acted upon may only be retained in anonymised form.
