We are launching the GATSBY collection by VICALDESIGN, a collection that has been developed on from start to finish at the VICAL studio and which includes pieces designed entirely by our professionals.
VICAL’s team of designers was inspired by the aesthetics of the 20s in designing the collection. An era that was characterised by the aesthetics of novelty, the grotesque and the surprising. A rejection of nature and the established norms of traditional aesthetics and a time marked by a desire for art and experimentation.
Geometric patterns mixed with black and gold tones predominate; they are pieces that could very well have featured in magazines or filmes of the era, of their origin.
Inspired by the aesthetics of the 20s, the wardrobe in VICALDESIGN’s Gatsby collection consists of a golden steel and wooden structure covered with small black and white bone pieces. A piece we can use to recreate the spirit of the 1920s with a more current-day style.
